Artist Statement: My paintings are constructed of the simplest elements of art. Line, color, texture, and movement have important roles in the work. I bring these elements together in bold paintings of simple shapes and themes. My goal is for the viewer to take what I have started and complete the painting with their experiences and mood taking charge. |
